广东省汕头市雅利达过滤器材有限公司成立于2005年，是一家专业生产液体过滤器材和空气过滤器材的企业。公司自成立以来引进了一批先进的滤芯生产设备、检测仪器和滤芯制造技术。
我公司生产的“ARLIT”牌微孔膜折叠式过滤芯，其主要过滤材质有：聚丙烯、疏水性聚四氟乙烯、亲水性聚四氟乙烯、聚醚砜、尼龙等，大部分原材料从国外进口。微孔膜折叠式过滤芯的主要特性：高截留率、高流通量、低压差和广泛的化学相容性；生产工艺采用独特的热熔焊接加工技术，无任何粘合剂，无异物释出，满足食品、饮料、啤酒、化工、制药等行业的生产要求。我公司同时也生产预过滤级别的滤芯、滤袋。如：聚丙烯熔喷滤芯系列、蜂房式线绕滤芯系列、活性碳滤芯系列、钛棒滤芯系列，滤袋系列。
2010年我公司生产的聚四氟乙稀微孔膜滤芯通过了美国“Nelson”实验室的细菌挑战性试验的测试。
“ARLIT”牌滤芯和滤袋系列产品，以优异的品质已被国内外的医药、生物工程、疫苗、电子、化工、电镀、石油、食品、啤酒、饮料、饮用水、环保和水处理工程等行业广泛应用，部分产品已出口到欧美、中东、东南亚等多个国家及地。
It was established in 2005, which specialized in liquid and air filtration equipment manufacturer. Our company has introduced the advanced production equipments, quality control instruments and manufacture technology for micropore filter cartridge since it was found.
The company produces the micropore membrane pleated filter cartridge with trademark of “ARLIT”, mainly by using the following imported raw materials as the filtering medium: PP, PTFE(hydrophobicity), PTFE(hydrophily), PES, nylon and so on. The benefit summary of micropore membrane pleated filter cartridge: high retention rate, large flow rate, low pressure and wide chemical compatibility. It adopts thermal-bonding technique, without adhesive and no pollution to products. The products meet the production demand of food, beverage, beer, chemical and pharmaceutical industry. Our company produces the filter cartridge, filter bag for pre-filtration level in the meantime, such as pp melt blown filter cartridge series, honeycomb wire wound filter cartridge series, activated carbon filter cartridge series, titanium rod filter cartridge series, filter bag series.
The PTFE micropore membrane filter cartridge has passed the test of bacterium challenge experiment of “Nelson”in American.
The “ARLIT” branded series of filter cartridge and filter bag produced by the company have based on their excellent quality, been widely applied in industries of medicine, biological engineering, bacterin, electronics, chemistry, electroplate, petroleum, foods, brewage, drinking water, environmental protection and water treatment. Some products have exported to Europe and America, Middle East, Southeast Asia,etc.
